I want to try and develop something that can replicate the quality of blood fresh from the vein. Something that could be used like methadone to help a vampire decrease their dependence on human blood straight from the source.

It's for someone I'm trying to sponsor. I don't know if this is something we can even do, honestly.

( But she really needs to try. Julia had helped her back home, Alice had helped her here. Stefan deserves someone helping him, too. )

Sure. I know this place screws with healing. I'm working on getting one of those gems that Alice and Q have, but we might be able to borrow one of theirs to make sure it cooperates.

It's at least worth trying. The only way we for sure fail is if we do nothing.
