Also tippity tapping requires a Talk first about some shit that’ll kill the mood, so I might also be putting it off for a bit to avoid rocking the boat before we even leave the dock.

[ She’d had to have the talk with Penny because he’d been from a different timeline and it had been exhausting. But, he’d stayed. Even if he wasn’t a good fit for her. Steve had no obligations or lingering feelings for a version for her from another time. She doesn’t expect him to walk away, but he’d be well within his rights to nope right out of everything. She was a little nervous. It was one thing to talk to someone who came from their world without needing to fill in the gaps, but this was new territory. ]
